Why homeschool your child?

Well....

I can tell you why I homeschool my child.

My daughter was making wonderful grades and just could not attend school due to chronic pain.

The school could not accommodate her needs and of course, they don't want to tell you about option three homeschool because they don't want to loose the funding.

Why homeschool your child?

Well if a student has to use the bathroom, they are told no by the teachers which is against the law.

I know because my daughter had a bladder infection due to her medication.

She asked to go the restroom and was told no.

This is a civil rights violation and my daughter mentioned that.

Even so, the teacher in her infinite ego, followed up with the response that my daughter would have after school detention for using the restroom.

I must tell you that this was the first time my daughter ever asked to go to the bathroom in that class.

What did I do?

Glad you asked.

I certainly was not going to sit idly and allow this corrupt staff member reign tyranny in her fairytale world (our classroom).

As soon as I heard about this I quickly snapped into action with a very authoritative email asserting my rightful position as the parent and as head of my household.

The email was addressed to the tyrant and CCed the principal.

In the email, I stated that my daughter will not be attending after school detention.

I reminded them of the law about restroom restrictions. I also reminded them of the HIPPA law.

To drive home my point, I let them know that if they ever felt it necessary to keep my child after school, they need to contact me and get MY permission first as I pick my daughter up from school and we do have appointments and an itinerary to keep.

Apparently I achieved the message I desired to convey because my daughter and I heard nothing more about the issue. Not even an apology.

Just in case they were having trouble understanding my email, as I understand that I am not as academically educated as the recipients of my email, I followed up with an in person, "look you in the eye" verbal message.

Why homeschool your child?

How about the administrators that goes into the female student bathrooms?

Yes! That happened.

I had a formal investigation on the school.

They concluded that he wasn't breaking the law because it is a public bathroom.

Furthermore, a teacher arrest at the same school for sexual assault 6 weeks prior.

I know this because the investor told me what happened.

Why homeschool your child?

How about about the inappropriate descriptive and depicted books in the school's libraries?

Yes!

I myself am a member. We are pushing back against these absurdities and trying to keep our public schools safe.

Ask yourself if you can afford for your child to be sexually, mentally, and or emotionally abused.

What would you do to prevent this from happening?

How far would you go?

What would you stop at?

If this happened to your child, would you say, "I would do anything to go back and stop that from happening?

Would you keep your children away from the type of people I mentioned in this blog?

Would you be a stay at home dad or mom for a time in their life to ensure their safety?

Well, you do have the opportunity to prevent it.

You do have the power to prevent it.
